Ending the Ego

The ego is an entity born from the interactions of the human being’s three fundamental bodies: the mental, emotional, and physical. These bodies serve as instruments or vehicles of human nature, responding to the external environment. Over time, the reactions of these instruments form a survival mechanism, which we call the ego. This entity—the ego—is not inherently malicious. Its primary concern is the survival and optimization of the human being within its environment. However, its drive to perfect and secure its existence paradoxically ensnares the human experience, creating a self-imposed prison. The ego becomes both the architect and the warden of this confinement.
